We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work at BEHRAAZ.

Eligibility

• Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Sale/discounted items may not be eligible unless damaged/incorrect.

How to request a return

1. Contact us with your order ID and reason for return.
2. We’ll share instructions for pickup/drop-off (depending on location).
3. After inspection, we will process exchange/refund as applicable.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after inspection/approval.
• Shipping charges (if any) are typically non-refundable.
• Refund method depends on your payment method (COD refunds may be processed via bank transfer).

Damaged / wrong item

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
